Suspending Joint Rule No. 5, providing for consideration of
Senate Bill No. 737,
Authorizing use of flashing white lights
as auxiliary lights on emergency vehicles.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of
all the members present and voting in each house agreeing thereto:
That the provisions of Rule No. 5 of the Joint Rules of the
Senate and House of Delegates are hereby suspended for the express
purpose of consideration of Senate Bill No. 737.
